How do I shop using

Flow of placing order:

  • When you are on Home page of , select a particular category from top menu OR click on any banner if you like the offer.
  • Click on any of the product/products that you would like to see in detail. [Same implies to Home page products, Category products, Special offer products.]
  • A product description page is loaded, where you can see multiple images of the product, go through its technical details OR description, have a look at it's related products by clicking Related Products Tab.
  • If you wish to buy this product now, Put required quantity [By default its 1], click Order Now button, you will be now taken to your shopping cart.
  • If you want to buy multiple products, Put required quantity [By default its 1], click Add To Cart instead of Order Now button,
    this way you can add as many products to your cart then click ? near cart icon at top of the page and click checkout.
  • After clicking checkout, you will be taken to your shopping cart.
    Here you can Remove Product/Products from Cart, Increase/Decrease Quantity, Enter Coupon Code (If Any), Estimate Shipping Charges before going ahead.
    (Even if not estimated, these charges will be automatically calculated in the next step). Now click Checkout
  • Now you will be asked to Log In OR Register OR do a Guest Checkout. Select proper option and click Continue.
  • Put your Address and contact details. There will be a checkbox which asks "If your Billing and Shipping addresses are same?" Check this box if you shipping address is same as what you just filled.
    OR Uncheck it if you are sending the product to someone else, which makes your shipping address different from billing address.
  • Now you will be shown the Estimated Shipping Cost based on the Total Weight of the Ordered Product/Products and your address. Click Continue.
  • Select a Payment Methode from available options. Click continue.
  • You will be shown All products, Their quantity, Grand Total, Shipping Charges. Check if everything is fine or not. Next click continue.
  • Now a Final page of payment gateway will come for payment methods like Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, Paypal etc. Enter Payment details and finish transaction.
  • For payment methods like Cash On Delivery, Bank Transfer, Check/Money Order specific instructions would be provided for making payment.
  • FINISH..! You have successfully made your order! Our team will update you with Shipping details soon..!
    Don't forget to check your mail of Order Confirmation, sent auomatically on the Email Id provided by you during order. Order Update mails will be made on same ID.

When will I receive my product & how do I track my shipment?


When we receive Orders, Weare normally dispatched order within 1-2 days and customer receives it within 3-5 working days [All Over India].

When any order is shipped from our end, our customer gets an order update mail which contains the shipment tracking details.

If you do not receive mails from us, please check your Spam and add our Id in you address book to prevent it to go in Spam for future conversation.

In case of damaged product OR product not received, how will respond?

When a product is received as damaged / broken / different than what ordered, contact support immediately. You will get an immediate replacement!

If product is not received at-all or failed to deliver due to any issues, whole amount will be refunded to the buyer. Please go through Refund Policies more details.


Is it possible to cancel any order from customer's end? If so what will be the procedure?

Yes it's definately possible to cancel an order even after making payment!
